I am Irina, a doula with over 5 years of experience, having trained as a doula in Europe, Russia and Mexico. I am dedicated to supporting women through all stages of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Originally from Russia, I started my career in Portugal and now I am living in Brazil. My approach is based on empathetic listening, personalized professional guidance and ongoing emotional support, always respecting each woman's individual choices and needs. Throughout my career, I have helped women experience their pregnancies and births with more confidence and peace of mind, and I am here to help you find the most harmonious path for your motherhood journey.

Free Assessment Scheduling
Choose a date and time that works best for you.
We will have at least 15 minutes to introduce ourselves and learn more about each other.
Note: When scheduling, you will receive an online form to fill out with basic information about yourself, your stage of pregnancy and expectations for the birth.
Step 2: Proposal
After the evaluation consultation, you will receive a proposal prepared specifically for your case.
Step 3: Choose between 1 consultation or a consultation package.
